This place has been going down hill for years, and I pretty much stopped eating here. I figured I"d give it a shot tonight. Prime dinner time, so its not like it was off-hours where the food wouldn't be the freshest. Well.. It definitely wasn't fresh. Got the bowl with hot and sweet chicken. The rice was goop, no idea what they did to it. The chicken was a dried out, burnt, nasty husk. Every bit of it. Like the chicken had been overcooked three days ago and they're just now serving it up. Something else tasted rancid in the bowl, and I'm not even sure what. It almost tasted like sour cream turned bad, but I didn't get sour cream. Whole thing had to be thrown out, and i'll be lucky if I didn't get food poisoning. What in the world happened to this place? It used to be great. (back before covid) The service its self was okay? Nothing friendly or inviting, but nothing rude. Feeling a bit nauseous after taking bites of who knows what.

Burnt crunchy chicken and barely any on my quesadilla. Ig it was a good thing considering it was burnt and old. Terrible! Employees were out front smoking weed. Avoid this location, too expensive and waste of money!

We had Qdoba for dinner Monday the 27th. As soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed was trash scattered everywhere throughout the lobby. One table head dried up, queso all over it, and the table closest to the fountain drink dispenser still had trash on the table. My food was mediocre at best. My rice was very hard and crunchy. The meat was dry, Tasted a day old to be honest. Cheese was crunchy and tasted funny. Saw one of the workers hitting a nicotine vape while I eating. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Mind you when we were in there wasn’t ANY Other customers in the lobby. I’m really shocked that it was as bad as it was. Way too expensive for the quality of food being given.
Waste of time & money! no wonder this location is never busy. It doesn’t surprise me one bit, especially after looking at the Google reviews.

The young man behind the counter was nice and gave me all that I asked for and even made fresh lettuce.
The food wasn’t impressive, the hot and sweet chicken tasted burned and the overall taste was bland in the whole bowl.
I probably won’t be back.
