  I ordered a Ceasars salad and a blooming onion. It took 25 minutes to receive. When I got it, apparently it had been sitting for a while. The onion was really sweaty and wet and my salad was hot. I am very disappointed about the service that I received. The food would have been good if it had not been allowed to set. I had sent in what pick station I was at. Yet someone had to come out and ask what I was picking up. There were about 15 people eating inside and I was the only pick up. This is why restaurants fail. I even left a tip when I paid. I wish I could take it back. Very disappointed.

  Food was excellent. Steak and ribs combo. Staff was super professional. I had to call store because Door Dash was 35 min later than promised. I don't blame Outback for Door Dash's poor service in BA. I spoke with a person at the restaurant. The manager called me back. Driver didn't speak English and wouldn't answer texts or calls. Common problem here. Food was hot and delicious.

  Ordered grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes from the lunch menu, and received only a very small piece of a chicken breast with the mashed potatoes. The portion was more like a kids meal. The chicken had a strange texture to it also… made me wonder if it’s lab made meat or something. The mashed potatoes tasted very good.

  We arrived around 1215. They weren't busy at all. We ordered our drinks and a bloomin onion. The drinks came out and we ordered our food. The bloomin onion came out shortly later. It is now 117 and we are heading out. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. After that long wait our food came out cold. The only thing warm was the baked potato. I could understand if they had been busy but they absolutely were not.

  I ordered on the app, and it did not ever show up. They put me in touch with the delivery person, and she called and said she was getting arrested for a 30-day expired tag. I've had a 2-year expired tag before, and nope, they don't arrest you. So she might have wanted my food...who knows? I called Outback and spoke with the Manager. He not only had my food remade, he also refunded me the whole cost!! I drove to pick up this order, and it was wonderful! The Delmonico steak was juicy and full of flavor. The baked potato was yummy, and the salad had xtra croutons, just like I ordered. 5 stars!!
