Important Feedback
I've been a frequent visitor to this McDonald's location, but I feel compelled to share my concerns about the management. Dalia, one of the managers, consistently displays extremely rude and disrespectful behavior towards her staff, including teenagers. I've witnessed her speak to employees in a manner that's not only unprofessional but also discouraging. On one occasion, I overheard her tell an employee who was asking a question to "GO AWAY." It's unacceptable for a leader to treat their team members with such disdain.
The high turnover rate at this location is likely a direct result of Dalia's behavior, as I've noticed many new faces coming and going. I hope that someone in a higher position will take notice of this and address the issue. No one deserves to be treated this way!

I recently visited a McDonald's after a long absence and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. Nathan, the young man at the front, was particularly impressive. His friendly, polite, and patient demeanor made a lasting impression. I appreciated his exceptional customer service skills, which are indeed rare these days. I look forward to returning and hope to see Nathan again. He truly elevated my experience to top-notch! 5 STARS !!
