I've witnessed her speak to employees in a manner that's not only unprofessional but also discouraging. On one occasion, I overheard her tell an employee who was asking a question to "GO AWAY." It's unacceptable for a leader to treat their team members with such disdain. The high turnover rate at this location is likely a direct result of Dalia's behavior, as I've noticed many new faces coming and going. I hope that someone in a higher position will take notice of this and address the issue. No one deserves to be treated this way!

Nathan, the young man at the front, was particularly impressive. His friendly, polite, and patient demeanor made a lasting impression.
