  If you plan to place an online order because you are needing your food at a certain time, don’t bother ordering at this location. Never ready on time even when nobody is in the store. Faster to go to chick fila.

  Food takes good WHEN AVAILABLE!!! Four trips here and either no chicken or a ten minute wait. Ask for manager and manager wouldn't even come over and talk. Will not return!!!

  Some of the employees there are really nice and helpful, but most of them seem overwhelmed. They are literally always out of something.it is very frustrating and makes us choose somewhere else most of the time.

  I love Chipotle. The only reason for 3 stars was because of how their app works. I placed an order (with my GPS on) within the same parking lot of this Chipotle. I placed the order and it placed it at my "favorite" location 40 miles away. So instead of reordering on the app, I just went into the store and ordered. My mistake for not looking beforehand. But then when I tried to refund/cancel it online, I had to talk to their AI chatbot to get it to cancel, but to cancel it, I had to have a new order number from repurchasing it at a different store on the app (which i didn't have bc I ordered in person). So needless to say, I purchased 2 $40 meals for 1. Not really how intended on spending $80.
