I opened the burrito even to check. I thought there’s no way this doesn’t have chicken on it. Checked my order on uber eats chicken was the meat on the order. I tried calling the restaurant due to it being later in the evening. There is no way to contact the store it’s just a AI operator. So I guess it’s rice burritos for me tonight.

I ordered a vegan bowl and specifically asked for the plant-based protein, but when I opened it at home, it was filled with chicken. I don’t eat meat at all, so I couldn’t even eat my meal. Then my man’s bowl was supposed to be half chicken and half steak, and he literally got three tiny pieces of steak and no chicken whatsoever. The order was completely wrong and the portions made no sense. I was so disappointed because Chipotle has never messed up this badly before. I was really upset last night!!

But if the young gentleman working the front line doesn’t have enough sense or want to, to walk to the drive line and look for shredded cheese or ask someone instead of just saying no we are out and reassuring they are out. Chipotle can’t be out of shredded cheese. Not possible. Made me mad enough I went else where for dinner.

While the food was tasty it was cold, probably room temperature. The condiments and utensil area was not as clean as it could have been and neither was the tray discard area.
