  Sadly they messed up my order twice. First they made it iced when supposed to be hot. Then the hot pumpkin chai with extra cream and white chocolate drizzle had absolutely no flavor in extremely watered down. Unfortunately, I had driven several miles away before. Tasting it and did not have time to go back disappointed to spend seven bucks on something with no flavor.

  I used to go to this 7Brew multiple times a week, but something here has definitely changed, for one, the workers no longer seem happy and friendly. Tonight, I went and tried to get a drink. I was the third car in my lane and waited over twenty minutes before leaving. I hadn’t even gotten my order taken at that point. I went downtown en the road to Dutch Bros, and although I was also the third car in my lane here, I got my drink in less than 10 minutes. Goodbye 7brew

  Very unorganized in taking orders, understaffed and not able to keep up with more than 1 drink at a time.

  The last three times I’ve been to this location my coffee has been burnt. Went today and don’t even want to drink it it’s so bad.

  I’m not sure what has happened at this location from what it used to be, but something needs to change. The employees used to be friendly when we would pull up and greet everyone with a smile and energy, but that stopped months ago. Now over the past month the wait times and employees just standing at the point of sale and not coming out to take advance orders is making the lines longer and more waiting times. I know businesses can have a bad day but it’s been like this three days this past week. Today the girl at the POS never greeted us, kept her back to the driver in front of us, and the only words out of her mouth were “here ya go”. This location used to have energetic people and music to get you motivated to start your day, but that energy packed its bag and left this location. I think I was more alert of what was going on than some of these folks. Hopefully it will get better. I’ll be back because I don’t like Starbucks, but may have to change locations or try Dutch Bros. I’d rather see this location turn back around to what it used to be.
