They read my order wrong and gave me a drink with no ice. When I mentioned it, instead of remaking it, they literally dumped some out and added ice to it. That just felt really careless — especially for a place that’s usually great about quality and service. My drink definitely should’ve been remade without me having to ask.

My wife and I went there today (during the Jackpot promotion) and ordered 2 chillers. We were told that the chiller machine was down and were not offered the hand-blended version or anything else for that matter... just an apology and turned away, basically. We then waited in line for a lengthy period of time with only 1 vehicle in front of us to be able to leave. Not impressed is an understatement. (Broken Arrow 101st & Elm location)
