When I called to inquire on the status, the guy was saying how busy he was and only one driver. He told me it would be another 50 minutes to deliver it. I called back again to go ahead and cancel it, the guy was so rude and had unnecessary attitude and I'm pretty sure he hung on me. 2 hours for pizza to be cooked and delivered is not reasonable. So don't make excuses and act like you're inconvenienced when people call inquiring about the late pizza they've ordered. News flash you're in the business of fast food and delivery. If it's not achievable, don't offer it, if it's not feasible for a timely delivery during a snow day turn your delivery option off and offer carry out only. I will never order from this location again. I understand things happen and they cannot be controlled but how you communicate and treat customers is something you can control.

I called the store and, I didnt catch his name, but, the employee that answered and his manager, Jonathan, top notch customer service. Noted my account to call in and get 50% off on my next delivery, and handled with great customer service and professionalism. I highly applaud in a "me first" world. Both quality employees and a quality store and why I continue to order for them. Bravo.
