  We ordered two blizzards. Waited in line for 15 minutes and the oreos were stale. Both blizzards were soft and melted.

  If I could give a 0 I would. We sat in drive thru waiting to order for over 5 minutes. We asked if we could order and were told “they would wait on us when they got to us”. There was 1 car in drive thru at the window. The chick at the window needs to lose her job. She was rude. I am calling corporate tomorrow. Obviously management needs ti also be replaced as they allowed it!

  VERY slow swrvice. I visited a couple of weeks ago and had a 15 minute wait with no other vehicles ahead of me for a burger/fries meal. Today, the person in front of me was given her food and was waiting on a shake 10+ minutes after receiving her food. I gave up after waiting for 20 minutes after ordering with only 2 cars ahead of me and drove away once the car in front of me finally got her order completed.

  Trying to take grandgirls someplace different. NEVER again at this location. When we got there we stood at the counter for longer than we should have which should have been the first clue to leave. Our food was cold. It sat there and nobody ever told us. They didn't give us all of our food. When my husband and son went back to get it corrected they blamed everyone else.
