  This is by far the worst chipotle in the metro. They will let the line build up deep with 1 person working to build food, they are constantly out of meat and veggies it feels like, and they will let you stand at the counter and wait for excessive amounts of time even if you’re the only person in there. It’s always very clear they don’t have enough staff to work the kitchen, counter and drive thru, but that can’t be the customers problem month after month.

  Every time we have gone to this location, it has taken forever because there is always something thats not ready. We pre-ordered using the app to pickup at 7:40pm we finally left after 8:00pm cars were just at a stand still and so many people were going inside but they still had to wait. The food is decent and the place is kinda clean. It just sucks it always takes forever at this specific location. We never have this issue at any other location. This is the 5th time here since they opened and it fails us every time.

  I will never eat at this location ever again there was no customer service what so ever. The food looked dry and like it had been sitting out all day. After I got home to eat it, it was freezing cold to the point the cheese would not melt. The restaurant was dirty the floors and tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day, the trash was over flowing. I ordered chips and the lady went back to see if they had any and then proceeded to charge me for them and not give me any. There was only 1 other person in there and they took for ever to check him out , as well as me. Worst experience ever and most dirty restaurant I’ve ever stepped into.

  absolutely horrible service. i had to wait for over 10 minutes to get my order, because they only had one person up front making peoples food, then they were out of multiple things. i got a kids meal and got chicken, they filled it like halfway and i asked if they could put more and they said no and so i replied back that it wasnt even full or to the top and they continued to say they wouldnt. that chicken didnt even suffice for 2 tiny tortillas. then i got a side of sour cream and they filled it to like a fourth. i paid 4 dollars for not even halfway full. this place is ridiculous and ive come here many times and the service and portions are always disappointing. it is consistently bad service. if you want chipotle, go to another location.

  I had to write a review. I live close, very close, so was excited. I cant take it. Ive tried 4 times through bad issues, each time giving them the benefit of the doubt. Today they forgot the soft tacos....for my tacos.....how do you forget to put the tortillas in? Everytime, theres an issue, this is ridiculous and through the Chipotle app so not like I can get money back.....should have used door dash so you can cover yourself as they WILL make a mistake. Good luck.
