  I Usually have a pretty decent experience here. I highly recommend everyone check their food regardless of the establishment. Probably an accident regardless this shouldn’t happen.

  I love the food and the atmosphere here. Even though I am not really a fast food man, I will give myself the occasional treat of stopping in here.

  I'm an occasional doordash driver. I went to pick up an order last Tuesday morning and ordered my own breakfast at the same time. I only spoke to 2 people, the cashier and a manager. They were both very nice at the time. No untoward incident occurred. Well, someone went out of their way to falsely report me to DD as being under the influence after that pick up. When I called CFA about the incident, the MOD was very nice, but not helpful at all. She said yherebwas nothing they could do and that the employee would've had to report the incident on their own time, which is crazy as there was zero reason or proof of any kind. This incident almost cost me my job so I will take my money elsewhere from now on and save myself the false accusations.

  Staff was nice as soon as we walked in. The location was clean outside and inside. They took our order and it came out fast and hot. A CFA team member brought our food to our table which was really nice amd appreciated. Thank you all and good job!

  We go to this Chick-fil-A multiple times a week. Typically have amazing service. Today there was a taller male with dark hair taking care of tables and he was fantastic and so kind. We ordered our kids meals and adult meal and played. Got our toys for kids meals and loaded the kids up in the car (5 kids to 1 adult) so we could go through the drive through and get ice cream. Told the guy outside taking orders we needed 4 ice creams, he said go to the window and give them to them. Got to the window and the shorter blonde with bangs seemed very irritated I wanted ice creams. Waited roughly a minute and she told me I’d have to come in and get them. Never had this issue before but I’m pretty sure it’s not a rule you have to get ice cream inside. Very disappointed kids and very ridiculous customer service. I’ve called and waiting on a callback. If they don’t want to give ice cream for toys absolutely no problem- just crappy service. And it was not busy in drive through at all- one car behind me and one in front.
