  Ordered from Cava tonight. The order never showed up. No call, no email, stopping the charge tomorrow with fraud. Got on to postmates to let them know. They sent me through Uber Eats and the website doesn't work. I think this is all a gimmick. Never using postmates again and never eating at Cava.Due to the using them.

  Cava decided to purchase the high quality restaurants Zoe's Kitchen to make it easier to expand and take out their competition. Unfortunately, Zoe's took the quality with them. This is the McDonald's equivalent to Mediterranean food. Maybe once Cava was good, but it isn't any longer. The veggies are poor quality and the meat is rubbery. Nothing is fresh. Do yourself a favor and go to Meddy's. It's better in every fathomable way. It's everything Cava promises and the quality that Zoe's had.

  I paid a little over $17 for a bowl and pita chips. I got harissa chicken and the meatballs in my bowl. While delicious, the serving size for $13 of my total is disappointing. I ordered to go so maybe that's the issue, but I'd think whether I'm standing there or mobile ordering, the amount of food should be fair. This was my first time ordering a bowl and my first time at this location. I've only had cava a handful of times but I'm not sure I will return if this is what you get for a $13 bowl.

  Recently door dashed this gave management a heads up on the issue and chose to not make a public review at first bc I do like this place and the healthy options but now I am… got my cava steak bowls with 0 steak on two bowls also had a giant piece inedible core of some type of vegetable layed acrossed the top and also a giant branch that legit looked like a tree branch in my bowl as well… I asked yall to make it right and got crickets 🦗

  This is by far the best location I’ve been to. The staff is always very friendly. William helped me with my order today and was very friendly and helpful, welcomed me with a big smile and made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 would recommend and come back!
