  This location is sad. Always empty, food is decent but God does it seem like this place is always on fire. Management issues for sure, this place needs help

  I've given this location a few chances and they continue gets orders wrong. At my last visit this evening, employees were yelling at each other, no one was attending the counter to take orders and when my order was finally ready, it was *wrong*. Again. I did finally get the missing sandwich, but the food is overpriced, the staff are certifiably insane and it's not worth the hassle.

  Twice in one month's time they've messed up simple orders at this location. The food is no longer worth the price, and mistakes make it even worse.

  Tried to order through the drive thru today. There were no cars in the parking lot and none at the drive thru, just me. I was told over the intercom to wait just a moment. I was there 5 minutes and they never returned to take my order. This is the 3rd time this has happened. This location is horrible!! Go to the one on 71st instead, they are faster and actually work.
