  Used to love 7brew. The Kenosha location continues to disappoint. Sat there for 10 minutes and no one opened the store. Left at 550 with 6 cars behind and no one there to open the stand. That location never seems happy as brewistas are unfriendly and prices go up but drinks taste horrible. Long time customer but now will go somewhere else.

  I used to go too this location before the Coweta location opened. I stopped by here two times in the last month or so since I was in the area. The 1st time even my husband was like that was kinda rude. They skipped my car completely, and then asked if I wanted to tip (I always do cause the employees are always so nice) it threw me off cause they never asked and this person made it seem like I had too. And then the person who brought my drink out basically just threw at me with no straw. The 2nd time I went. They had I’m assuming another coworker parked in the lane closest to the door and they were all giggling and talking super loud. No biggie I get it. It’s awesome when corkers get along. But the guy taking my order was rushing me so quickly, so he could get back to his friends. And same with the girl that gave me my order. They used to be so nice and welcoming. Now I hate going there and the Coweta location is 1000% better and their employees aren’t rude or try to rush you!

  If you want a water down coffee with no flavor then it's your place! I asked for a Salted Caramel Macchiato hot. First, they gave me an iced one. Then finally a hot one that was awful tasting! We spent $12 for two drinks! Outrageous expensive for horrible service and drinks!! Never coming back!

  The last two times no one wanted to take our order. we waited ten minutes and people would pull up and get their order taken even though we had already been waiting for at least ten minutes. So this last time just this morning it happened to us again but this time we just drove off and left. I won't be back. If that's how your going to run your drive thru you need pay attention to people. It's so rude to have people wait and wait in line and and then see people who didn't even wait a minute in line get their order taken immediately and drinks and leave before the people waiting get to even get their order taken!
