I placed an online order. We then checked-in and I realized I had entered the wrong stall. Long story short...They told me that I didn't have an order. I showed them that I did and the carhop said she didn't know what to tell me because they didn't have it. I asked who was going to refund my order that I was showing a receipt for and she told me, "I don't know." Needless to say, got the manager who approached me disgruntled looking. As she approached ask if I had even ordered at the right location. As I was showing her I had, she then tried snatching my phone out of my hands. I grabbed it back. I informed her that she didn't need to be grabbing or touching my phone. She stated that she was just trying to look. I told her she should ask instead of snatch. Our order arrived 2 minutes later with the same snooty, attitude wearing carhop. I asked if our sauces were in the bag and she said once again, "I don't know. I didnt bag it." I was way beyond frustrated as this point just trying to gather my thoughts to check the order while she was waiting. My husband finally told her to just go away because she wasn't helping the situation. As long as those 2 are still employed there, we will not return. We have lived here almost 6 years and have never had 1 complaint about our Sonic until tonight. We do not appreciate the "service" that we received nor the attitudes and lack of care for something they were clearly at fault for. I will be reaching out to the general manger in the morning to fill him in as well. We will not return sadly and will share our experience with many.

Lady who took the order rushed us. She didnt even let us finish ordering. Made my mom upset and she doesn't get upset about things.
