The manager told us he couldn’t process a refund but promised we’d get full credit for the amount we paid. Annoying, but whatever — we accepted it. When we called back to use the credit, suddenly it was only worth one medium one-topping pizza. The manager first claimed there was “no record” of our order… then immediately switched stories and said he remembered it from a month ago and that it was our fault for not answering the driver. I did answer the driver. She couldn’t find the house. The manager then hung up on me without a resolution. So: no food, no refund, no actual credit, and then getting blamed for their mistake and hung up on. Just unnecessarily frustrating and really unprofessional.

After my delivery eta changed for the second time with the new updated 8:12pm eta, I called the store and canceled the order. App did not reflect an extended delivery time when ordering. It sucks because it’s great pizza, but I am not gonna pay $30 for semi warm pizza. Perhaps they need to hire more delivery drivers especially on the weekends. I will pick up in store if I decide to order in the future.
