Sonic is usually pretty good, but this store absolutely sucks. Very slow service, rude, wrong orders, incompetent management. Never ever had a good expirience with the Bethany store. I wont use the app b/c it forces me to use this store. Corperate please do sonething about this store

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in food service. Ordered online and went to pick it up. I parked and let them know I had arrived. I was told my order would be right out. 25 minutes later I received my order. The ice cream was melted and one of the drinks didn't have the lid secured causing it to spill all over my car. Which probably could have been avoided if they had provided the drink carrier I requested in my order. One of the blasts that I ordered wasn't even filled anywhere near the top. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time there.

Still sitting here in my car 30 minutes after ordering one beverage. Update. Its been an hour. I'm waiting for it still because this is now my last sonic. This is the 4th time I would have left before I got my one single drink I ordered

I don’t even want to give them 1 star they take forever on my stuff I have barely anything and say in line for over 40 minutes. My food came out soggy and gross. Genuinely learn how to manage better or figure something out because this happens every time I go.

All I ordered was 2 fountain drinks, and 22 minutes later, my order is wrong. I first pulled in to stall 6, waited over 12 minutes and decided maybe I should pull to the drive thru line. I move to drive thru and it takes another 10 minutes to get my order. No other cars in front of me, 3 cars parked at stalls. The young lady at the window, I'll just say that all 3 employees need to be retrained bc obviously customer order accuracy and providing good service is something they missed out in in orientation or training. She was rude, dismissive and got my order wrong on top of everything. Laughing the entire time she was trying to take my order and then laughing while she handed me an order that she knew was not correct. Shame on you for providing horrible service. If you don't like your job then get a new one, but don't take it out on the people you depend on for a paycheck. No customers= no business.
