    Not sure why my card is being used at 3:04AM when the store isn’t open. I use Apple Pay so whatever device that they’re using at this store is legit. If you can just use cash at these stores!

    I could see why nobody comes here.I literally ask for a large , and this is what I got... Unfortunately, I didn't see the reviews.If I did , I would have not gone here seems like this is not the first time they've done this , and it's happened seven months ago , either they need a retrain they're employees to serve better a little bit more the right size or get better management that isn't money nitpick

    Usually when i come service is great but tonight i placed my order of 3 drinks and 2 small shakes at 7:23 and arrived at about 7:30. i sat in the mobile order spot for 20 minutes before realizing the drive through line was being prioritized and decided to jump in line with only one person in front of me. it took them only a few minutes to get me my order at the window. when i got it my shakes are no longer cold, they are liquidy and melted.honestly disappointed considering it wasnt that busy at all.

    Limited number of order stalls , sometimes difficult to navigate a larger vehicle or pickup truck into a stall, this Sonic frequently has issues with online ordering being unavailable which means you can't powder in advance and pick it up nor use rewards or discounts from the app. Employees won't manually apply those rewards or discounts when the app isn't working correctly or they're not trained on how to do so to prevent a customer from having to go to a different location to use them. Also, we frequently order Frito chili pies and they come out with stale Fritos most of the time.
