  Okay so I’m on a time crunch. I get to sonic at 10:52 press the button didn’t get answered for forever. I didn’t leave until 11:20….. and I try to give some grace but my burger is cooked so long it’s all dried out and I am not happy with this sonic overall would recommend trying another location.

  I love this location and the folks who work here! My son and I frequent this spot, since it’s within walking distance and the food is always good and service great.

  I took my son and daughter in law for lunch. We did the order online. We did not get what we ordered. The one that gave us our order was nice. He said they would fix it. Then the manager came out all hateful and said she would only fix one of the problems as we didn’t order what we said even though it showed it on our phone. Then that hamburger didn’t come and it was a long time. I had to tell them we still don’t even have the one corrected item. This happened to people all around us. Then the food was really salty and drinks mismarked. It’s bad when you are diabetic and the one marked that is regular soda! The food I did eat made me sick. I will never go back there again. Horrible experience!!!

  Ordered 2 simple hot dog and fries…. After 35 minutes of waiting dasher leaves because it was taking to long, 2 nd dasher arrives and waits in vet 20 minutes to get up in line to be told they have my order to someone else. NEVER EVER EVER EVER Go to this sonic. Terrible service and employees.

  I stopped by after a long day to grab a peach slushie with nerds. I tried to tip my carhop but the touchscreen isn’t functional. I wasn’t able to tip because I don’t carry cash. I tell the carhop I tried to tip and they need to tell them it’s broken. The carhop said that they have alerted you that they weren’t working and that yall know and don’t care. I don’t like that. Why cheat those kids by taking away our accessibility? If this is how yall treat your employees I see why the trend downward. Making them continuously miss out on money because of faulty equipment seems unfair and honestly unChrist-like. Do right by those kids and fix those touchscreens. My slushie was perfect.
