  Walked in to order as I was paying cash and was ignored completely. Granted a worker at the expedite station said she would be with me but I never got served 5 mins later. At that time another customer walked in stood behind me and the employee cleaning the lobby who had ignored me the whole time ran up to help her so I instead of Causing a scene I stepped back and let her take her order. I then moved up to have mine taken and she immediately ran off and refused to take my order again. Someone had to come from the kitchen area to take my order because she refused to come take it. So all in all I had to wait a substantial amount of time to have my order taken because some old lady that I didn’t know from Adam refused to take my order for whatever reason. If your looking to go eat at a McDonald’s go somewhere else this one is not for u.

  Got an order for 2 happy meals. Was suppose to get a 6 count on one. They use the 6 count box for it has 6 on the box but only got 4. One of the meals was suppose to have double fries and got one fry and 1 apple. Also asked for hot honey snd got honey mustard I called and explained my problems and was told their out of hot honey. I asked why wasnt it communicated with me the guest and he responded it should of been marked unavailable making it unavailable to order and I said well It wasnt snd he said he just got there and doesnt know what happened said sorry and hung up before I could say anything else. Didn't even say bye. Customer service at this location is bad and they need to read tickets. Everytime i order here it seems something is wrong. Do better. If he would of been a little nicer and atleast said bye. I probably wouldnt be leaving this review

  Pulled into parking lot yesterday around 4pm and a guy not in uniform was coming out of the dumpster area with trash in his hands . Pulled in and went inside and people scurried into kitchen area pretending not to see us. One worker was wearing sweat pants so dirty it was obvious they hadn't been washed in days . Then the guy who was dumpster diving was walking around the kitchen area. Couldn't find one person who didn't look grungy that I'd want touching my food , that and nobody even bothered to talk to us so we left. Feel bad for people in drive thru with no clue to the grunge preparing their food.
