I did what they asked and to my surprise I received a letter from them apologizing. Will now give them another try. My husband and I went on opening day during their 3pm to 5pm all smoothies for$1.99. Well, we were charged the regular price of $5.49 each. When I asked about, the young lady I asked went and got someone else. A young man, who I am assuming was the manager, came over and acknowledged that the error was theirs and he apologized. However, he could not refund any money I was overcharged. Instead he gave me coupons for what he explained was a deal, a 99¢ smoothie on our next visit. That would have been great but to get the 99¢ smoothie you have to purchase a sandwich, wrap, or salad. I would have preferred my money back because this is just a push to get people to buy more. And the smoothies weren't that good.
