They are children and she yells and screams at them. I've witnessed this 1st hand. I don't care what these children do, it doesn't warrant her yelling and screaming at these children. Let alone firing one while yelling at them with a lobby full of people. She needs to be reprimanded as this isn't the 1st time she has done this and pretty sure it won't be the last. I really think she needs anger management because that is not the way to treat anyone, especially children.

- CRCountry RichOct 5, 20251.0Went to Taco Bell late last night to get food drive thru took my order rang it up correctly charged extra for sour cream, I get it I get home not only to find out that they did not put the sour cream on what I added it too but also not on what it was supposed to already come on, called the store and spoke to Ashley the manager and she told me they would replace the food whenever I could make it back, ok cool, go back today to get the replacement order, they made me come inside to get it, ok cool no big deal, considering I just had a back procedure, not only was the restaurant FILTHY, service was horrible trash just sitting out (whole barrel) restroom stunk and was nasty but I get the replacement order home and again, no sour cream on anything when I plainly told them I definitely won’t be back here
