  i got the chicken bacon ranch fries, they didn't even close the lid so now my pants are stained with sauce and despair. they also forgot 3 tacos to our order AND the cherry on top was also forgetting to give us a fork for the fries of sauce and despair. i will be coming back because im a big back but please do better i cant keep defending yall like this.

  Food is fine, service sucks. Everyone ignores you at the front when you need something. God forbid I try to pay in cash because no one will check you out either. Facility was disgusting for how many people they had working.

  This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of spending my money on the food is always sloppy and incorrect it takes almost an hour and a half to get a door dash order. Managers don’t answer the phone when you call it Is utterly ridiculous I haven’t Taco Bell in over a year because of these issues and it’s STILL and on going thing smh

  I came in the other day and was getting so frustrated with the kiosk that a kind young lady that worked there I think she said her name was lyric. She explained everything and helped me with the kiosk. You don't get that now a days! She was amazing thank you lyric

  Placed a mobile order for a crunch wrap combo, and its dinner rush, so a few minutes wait makes sense, but I order it ahead, they say its ready, I check in the drive thru and take almost half an hour to get me the food. 1 combo. For almost 20$. In 30 minutes.
