  Still not as good as the Dutch Bros on 116th in Owasso/Collinsville as far as the picture perfect freezes go. Though it was better than the first time I went there.

  So I was leaving town this morning My daughter-in-law had given me a business card from Dutch Brothers and she knows I do food reviews and was like here if you download their app you'll get a free medium drink the first time you go. And I thought cool I'll go check this place out and she says you know it's not just coffee they have frozen lemonades they have all kinds of stuff and I said awesome. So I as I am leaving town I have to pass right by it, pulled in downloaded the app did all the things I need to do fill out all the customer service stuff did my order and then pulled on through the drive-thru young man came out and wanted to know told me my place to mobile app order my name and did all that pulled up for service was so quick. A drink was fairly good, and I didn't even know things could be too chocolatey but it was a little coingly sweet and a little too heavy on the chocolate, I did not know the chocolate was going to be so heavy. I'm a huge proponent of chocolate. Where I live in Northwest Arkansas it's kind of hard to outdo the coffee places that I'm used to going to. So the competitions pretty stiff, I know they have seven brew in bartlesville as well and I like some brew they have it here in North Arkansas. I think what would be most beneficial is if the names of what they are coincide with what they really are having these far out names firm is awesome except for when you read that name you have no idea what that drink actually consists of unless you click on it going to read all the ingredient labels and everything and it makes it more difficult than what it should Carmel and chocolate should be called a turtle heavy on the chocolate obviously a double chocolate chocolate my death triple chocolate, everybody knows what mocha is everybody knows what Carmel is most people would know what a blondie is but having unusual names just cuz you think it's a cool name for the drink really does disservice to your customers with that being said had I known it was a death by chocolate I would have ordered a turtle if I could have found a turtle on the menu I did see where they did have a blondie and it was fairly easy to order but it wasn't real easy to figure out what the drinks themselves were and if you've got somebody like waiting in line and having to click on each one to figure out what is it they're trying to order when she became a regular customer you would know how I ordered this and this is its name but for a first-time customer it makes it overwhelmingly difficult, to the point it's not really beneficial to stop the first time. Now with that being said service was awesome The blend they had on their drink awesome the whipped cream was pretty good You could tell it wasn't real whipped cream that was artificial whipped cream and I'm I'm used to real real whipped cream. I think they have a good thing going but I think they could improve on the menu and description other than that is all good it was fast it was friendly the people were really nice The only thing wrong is the way the menu set up That's the only thing I can find wrong with the whole thing and I really thought I was getting something more turtle-ish instead I got death by chocolate and as a little disappointed but I am not going to heavily complain about something that's free but I do feel like reviews should be clear on what a business can improve and what they had perfected and the improvement definitely needs to go into the name of the drinks so that they're easier to know exactly what your ordering. The free medium drink just for trying to place out I think it's an excellent marketing program I think it gives people an opportunity to check them out whenever they might go with something that they were more familiar with cuz if you go to Severn you go to 73 you know exactly what your drink is if you go to Starbucks you go to Starbucks you know what you usually drink and if they just made it a little bit easier to know what your ordering the place I think would pop off and it would do great.
