They added that Salad to the order with no issues and then I asked where the Dr Pepper 20oz was and she just looked at the cooler area and said they didn't have it. Well why didn't you say something?? Or call me maybe when i offered it. All they had was Root Beer and Water. I had plenty of water and i don't like Root Beer. I simply asked to just refund the money for the Dr Pepper and I'd buy it at a gas station. She then said, she could only credit it to my account. What?? That's literally theft. Your forcing me to respond that amount at your store. I just wanted the 3 bucks back to buy it at a corner store. I'm not even from the area and so putting it on my account would do no good. I paid cash. It was really simple to refund. I took the dang Root Beer and went to the car. Then there was no salad dressing. Just the dipping cups of ranch. Went back in and she just said "Truck comes Monday, we don't have it" ok that is understandable but again, let me know, before i order it maybe?? I have worked at about 10 different Pizza Huts and was a manager for quite a few down in Texas. This is terrible customer service and refusing to reimburse someone for a drink you dont have, is also a really bad look. Never ordering from this place again when I come back.

She goes out of her way and does lots of fun things like karaoke night for kids ect!! There pizza is absolutely amazing to!! This is the only pizza hut I will go to ♥️🫶 keep up the hard work 💪 ♥️
