My only complaint is the portions keep getting smaller. I ate in here today 1/2/2026 and ordered a bowl which in the past was full and today barely fills half a bowl. I hate to say it but there are other options out there where ten dollars and 75 cent will get you more food for. Update: went back in on January the 14th 2026, not much has changed. I took a Screenshot from qdoba's website. Shows bowl level to the rim with rice and topping added on it. You get nowhere near that when you come in. One spoon scoop of rice that maybe fills 1/4 off the bowl.

Now let me say that when we walked in there in went to line to place our order . Let me tell you how NASTY that serving line looked . It was just a mess beans and rice was all over the line the beans were dried out the queso and cheese sauce, the pan to that was just dried completely out in the list goes on and on not to mention to you that they were not even busy at the time so they had plenty of enough time to clean that line up and replenish everything I’m not gonna say I won’t go back there and eat Because the food was good. We didn’t get anything until they replenished the line a little bit. I did call and speak with the manager this morning about it, and he assured me that he will take care of it other than that the food tastes good.

He was on his phone the entire time while we ate our food in plain view of patrons with his manager standing next to him counting money not saying anything to him. Most of the tables were dirty, floors dirty, drink station dirty, bathrooms disgusting, and this employee just on his phone while the manager says nothing. Other employees were busy cleaning the kitchen and store. As someone who has worked in the food industry for almost 15 years as a manager, this behavior is not acceptable and was the main topic of conversation during our meal. Do better Qdoba.
