- ESErika Solvang4 days ago1.0My food wasn't ready after it alerted me it was i had to wait 8 minutes at the window with cars honking behind me and yelling , I had 4 different employees come ask me the name on the order , then I had a known method user employee yell at me call me foul names and slam the window in my face and then when I got my food the employee refused to give it to me after I paid for it and when I asked for the manager they refused and I told them I would call corporate they said good luck they won't do anything about it and laughed at me and said they don't have a corporate number and they over charged me 11 dollars on my order

Went back, showed receipt, asked politely for a refund since I had no time to wait. Instead of handling it professionally, staff were dismissive, rude, and even trashed the pizza in front of me. Refund process was unclear, no proper receipt given, and when I requested polite communication, it escalated further — ending with staff yelling inappropriate language at me. Very disappointing experience, poor food handling, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Definitely needs serious improvement.
