  Absolutely unacceptable customer service from whoever answers the phone. I’m constantly Put on hold AFTER calling 5 times to ask for my pizza to be redone… I got ONE piece of chicken per slice of pizza. Yet I paid to add chicken. AND the pizza was undercooked. It was doughy and gooey. I’m so grossed out. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this dominos, and the first time about customer service. The delivery drivers are always kind and one of the managers is kind as well. But wow, I am disappointed. I order here a lot, and usually keep my minor complaints to myself. But undercooked food and one piece of something I paid EXTRA for- is not okay. Plus constantly being placed on hold then they just never come back… I took it to corporate. The photos I added are the one piece of chicken per slice, and the dough is without any cheese to show how stretchy and gooey it is.

  The last 3 times my wife has ordered a steak an cheese no onion or peppers and they have managed to screw it up can anyone their read how hard is it to look at a dam ticket and make it the way it was ordered I am about done with this place

  Ordered on the app. We are just outside of town it’s maybe 15 minutes. Tried papa John’s we were out of the delivery zone so I tried dominos and it said they would deliver to our house. Excellent I didn’t feel great and was excited someone would deliver. I ordered and had a cash tip ready for the driver for driving a little ways out. Order goes through and says our driver is on the way. Maybe 5 or so minutes later I get a call. The lady on the phone said you are out of our delivery zone, I don’t know how you ordered but we can’t deliver. Keep in mind I have tried other places and will get the you’re outside of our delivery zone so it’s not my address. I felt the lady on the other end had an attitude and did not want to help other than me coming to get the pizzas. She said they’ve never had anyone order out from my area just outside of springer by the drag strip. Which I don’t know sounded weird to me that no one had ever tried. Anyways I said uh ok well I’ll just come get it then. Thankfully I could, didn’t feel great but already spent the money. Get there and I feel that I am very much not welcomed and giving off rude vibes in my opinion by who I assumed was the lady who called. My food had been sitting the entire time so by the time I got back to my home it wasn’t even warm anymore. We won’t be back ever after this. I could have gotten over the not delivering but the attitude and rudeness I felt towards me was enough to not want to go back. I would also just like to know how I was able to order on the app if they didn’t deliver to my address when no other company has a problem saying you’re outside the delivery zone? It was just very weird all around.
