- TATamatha Aebischer1 day ago1.0Prices are twice as much as other stores, no cashiers ever. Only self check out’s and workers standing around watching people check out. What happened to businesses giving service like they appreciate your business. No one there greeting or saying thank you for shopping with us and with their prices one should say thank you. We could not find frozen corn went to ask if they had it somewhere else and no one spoke English to send us in the right direction. We will never go back there. We spent to much time trying to find the items on our list that would have taken less time somewhere else.

- CBChris BrothertonFeb 28, 20261.0My wife placed an order through the app for delivery as we have done before. We received a text at 12:05 that our order would be delivered sometime between 12-1. Well when it finally arrived at 12:52 the ice cream was melted and the cups of yogurt and pudding were very warm. The worst part was every bag and every item reeked like cigarette smoke. There was absolutely no way I was bringing these bags into my home. As we are Fresh Pass subscribers we called their “vip” line. Our complaint was taken and the agent put in for a refund and what did Albertsons do?? Sent us an email saying our refund was denied with no explanation or apology. I cannot believe they let people smoke around customers groceries in their cars. If people are going to be delivery driver’s they need to be aware so customers groceries do not get hot, melted or exposed to carcinogens. My wife is disabled and she uses delivery when she is unable to go to the store and Albertsons completely ignoring our complaint is unacceptable in so many ways. We have cancelled our Fresh Pass subscription and will think twice about shopping there again. We survived without them before.
