Placed mobile order got to restaurant gave them code at drive thru and they said I had been charged but a glitch canceled my order and I would have to place it again there and pay a second time…went to cancel the mobile order and the app said its to late because order was being prepared when the restaurant said it was cancelled…..and staff could care less horrible service….

Duncan's McDonald's somehow lost the receipt to fill the order I placed on the app. They took my receipt, sent me to a parking area and forgot several items. When I asked about the forgotten items, they asked for the receipt they took at the window. They wouldn't even accept the information on my app as proof.
Go figure.

I've never had such an experience before :( The terminal didn't issue a receipt. My order number wasn't displayed on the screen, so I had to confirm whether my order had been accepted.A few minutes later, the girl brought out my order, but not the full one. She tossed the tray on the table, like food for a dog or a pig.This is extremely unpleasant. She even asked if I wanted the glass I paid for. I would like to write her name, but she was without a badge.There are flies in the restaurant and the tables are covered in crumbs. I don't want to come here again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Hey MD, work on improving your customer service culture with your staff.
