We had to walk in to find it sitting there. Just for the manager to have an attitude with us. We will not be eating at Taco Bell anymore.

- ELEric LaffoonSep 8, 20251.0So we go through the drive through and it took forever, which is nothing new for Taco bell, but we had asked for hot sauce and when we recieved our bag of food there was only 3 packets of hot sauce for 3 burritos! So we tell the young man working the drive through that we would like a little more hot sauce. He says "my manager will only let me give out 1 packet per item ordered otherwise he will write me up." he then proceeds to say, "but my manager says you can come to the lobby and get as many packets as you'd like." I don't know about you, but that makes zero sense to me. It's a burden on the customer and ridiculous. Food is trash here as well!
