  Lack of accountability for sub par food that could be great with 2 or 3 extra steps in customer service but they are just to lazy to complete an order correctly.

  Service and food was great. Drinks could surevuse a filter on the machine. Hated paying 3.98 for a drink i couldn't drink

  I recently visited the Arby’s on Mississippi Ave in Ada, OK, and it was a complete letdown. For a total of $50, I expected fresh, quality food, but what I received was unacceptable. The Issues: • Cold & Stale: The food was served cold, and the fries were noticeably stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. • Poor Value: The sandwiches had significantly more bread than meat. At these prices, you expect a decent portion, not a bun-heavy meal. • Incorrect Order: I ordered an Italian Roast Beef with dip. What I received was not an Italian Roast Beef; it was a cold sandwich with celery on it and absolutely no flavor. • Quality Control: It is clear that the food is being prepped hours in advance instead of being made to order. Recommendation to Management: You need to change your drive-thru procedures immediately. Prepping food three hours early results in a terrible customer experience. Food should be fresh and hot when it reaches the window. I will not be returning to this location. If you’re looking for a hot meal that’s worth the price, I suggest going elsewhere.
