  This Wingstop is noticeably faster in service than others. However, there is a goofy guy working the front who convolutes orders, confuses the customers, visibly annoys the other workers, and generally makes everything longer and more complicated. He really doesn’t know what he’s doing and it makes the experience worse.

  We decided to try out the new Wingstop this evening, and wasn't pleased at all. We spent almost $50, and the boneless wings our son got looked like tiny crunchy bottom of the bag pieces. The fries were very cold, and they was not busy the at the time we went in. My husband got the Cajun corn bites and they were also very cold. Went back up to the counter for our ranch cups we ordered and didn't get, got an eye roll. Maybe another time down the road we will give it another try, but this time our first time, just not pleased at all.

  Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.

  VERY SLOW SERVICE!! Bunch of people standing around in the back, forgot both of my ranch sauces that I had asked for and PAID FOR. Not very happy and other then the wings my corn, the fries, and cheese sauce were all cold and nobody wants cold food, it’s definitely not something you expect from a fast food place when your hungry. Fries are also very over salted, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
