  Stopped by Wingstop and had a great experience! Mikayla was really friendly and the food came out hot and fresh. My wings were perfectly seasoned and the fries were amazing. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Definitely one of the better Wingstop locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back especially if Makayla Smith is working.

  I went to wing stop to get food for my family a worker named Mikayla was so nice and actually talked to my family and ingaged with my children making them feel included I will definitely be back

  Mikayla is always so friendly when I go in to pickup my order! She always makes sure my order is correct and that my fries are fresh! She has such a friendly personality and is one of the reasons we keep returning! Thank you!

  NOT WORTH IT. ZERO star location. This location is NOT up to Wing Stop standards. No one greets customers walking in the door. 3 new customers have been waiting for over 5 minutes and not even been greeted. Our order showed ready on the screen, when we were able to ask an employee, they told us its not ready - 8 minutes later our order has gone from "ready" on screen to being removed & still not ready. They must have ordered domino's pizza- the delivery driver stood at the counter looking at the 4 employees for 5 minutes. An employee came up to get the pizza and ignored all customers. Its a shame because other locations are AMAZING. This location couldn't be any further below the bar. The employees could NOT care any less about customers or their jobs. We were told 13 minutes for our order (we being the only customer in there at the time & 2 delivery orders on the screen) & the order took 28 minutes & as it turns out they rang up a drink when all we ordered was 20 wings. Apparently they "do not do refunds" as the employee told me in response to the drink on my order i did not order - even if you didnt order it, they dont do refunds. Offered me a brownie in place of making the order correct. Only offered my refund once i was upset - I took the brownie to get out of this locatio, $2.79 was not worth staying there any longer - no telling how long a refund would take for them to figure out. Checked the wings we ordered well done. They were not well done. The brownie was not even good. We were excited to check out this location - SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED.

  Rip Gamestop. Here’s what I didn’t like 1. The country music is loud and depressing so I wish they’d turn it down or replace with with something like lofi. 2. 80% of the tables all wobble lol. What I did like is the fair prices and delicious wings along with the well seasoned fries. Love the food better than BWW but do wish they had a wider selection of sauces like Asain Zing. Again it was delicious and a cool addition to Zanesville, but that depressing country music needs to go 🙏
