No lids for Soda, soda machine out of soda, no containers for ketchup, food was cold, food wasn’t cooked properly, long wait times to take orders. Fryer oil was bad on the fried food. I understand now why thousands of these restaurants are closing across the country.

When you call or try to speak to a manager you get the typical I am sorry , I will speak with the staff ! I have had enough of those I’m sorry’s ! Someone from the corporate office needs to go in a do some training or hiring of people who want to work and who is willing to provide good customer service skills and has the ability to cook and serve fresh and hot food , isn’t that what Wendy’s logo is always hot and fresh or is that just fake advertisement !
