Went inside to eat, had 5 people in front of me. They had 5 people working but only 1 taking orders at the counter. She would wait for food to be cooked then call the # and start again with taking the next order. She wouldn't take more than 1 order and none of the other people would help. I was in line for about 15 mins. Food was good and the place was clean. Parking was easy but I probably wont be back.

Long line in drive thru, so i went inside only 2 people ahead of me, one was complaining her online order was not ready the other stood there for 10 minutes with a child waiting to give her order. Young female employee was throwing food into backs, slamming cups drawers not speaking or responding to her coworkers or patrons, just giving dirty looks rolling her eyes and acting like she hated her job and everyone around her....after my observation I decided to go to the hamburger joint next door.

Officially eating my last JBC. its sad but I will never give my money to somewhere that replaces employees with AI if i can help it. Who's grand idea was this. "You know how people hate when they call somewhere and have to talk to a machine instead of a real person? How about we make them hate coming to our restaurants just as much!"

When I pulled up to the drive thru my order was taken by a computer bot or whatever they call them. I don't do bots. The food was average, you know, same as always. The girl taking my $ and handing my food out the window was neither friendly nor rude. I won't stop there again. I would rather have less than great service from a human, than any service by a computer.
