He asked his manager. She starts yelling about having to call doordash. Im like umm this wasnt a door dash order. The kid says oh and grabs a open bag that had been sitting behind the counter the whole time and a melted frosty. So my food was cold and my frosty was hot. I haven't eaten at a Wendy's since 2017. And honestly I won't be going again in the next lifetime.

This manager is very disrespectful and should not be in this position. You guys made a mistake and was mad that a customer wanted it fixed. Not once did she say sorry for mistakes or anything. I did not get a name but it should be very easy to track. 9-16-25 @7:20pm The older guy in there when I was getting my order also said they were being very rude to him!! There were a total of 4 customers how can you be that miserable

Went inside to get my sandwich and it was drenched in mayo and with a cold wet bun. Went through the drive thru again to address this and they made me a new sandwich but added cheese and little pickles. Told them while I was sitting there that it was wrong yet again made me another sandwich and I left and they forgot my mustard.
