  I have 2 taco bells in zanesville and south zanesville. So...I tried to order double decker taco supremes. Drive thru woman said ",sorry. We r out of soft wraps. ' I said ok. Im gonna call the maple road taco bell n MAKE SURE THEY HAVE WRAPS. SO I CALL....woman who answered phone was SHORT AS HELL. I ASKED....I JUST LEFT YOUR SOUTH ZANESVILLE STORE. THEY COULDNT MAKE ME DOUBLE DECKER TACOS CAUSE THEY R OUT OF WRAPS. DO YALL HAVE SOME SO I CAN GET MY DOUBLE DECKER TACOS...." YES. WE HAVE THEM. WE CAN MAKE THEM. SO, I already drove from Philo to s. Zanesville so I went ahead n drove from s zanesville to zanesville so I can visit the store I JUST CALLED. WELL, get in line in drive thru. I was the ONLY PERSON in the drive thru. So Im told to wait. 7 minutes later I place my order for a nacho belle grande and 2 double decker tacos. They showed up on the drivethru screen. Well the mic was on....the employees were laughing and trying to find a reason to NOT make my food. So the guy says...sorry. those were for a limited time and I cant get them in the conputer. KEEP IN MIND THEY WERE ALREADY UP ON THE SCREEN AND ENTERED INTO THE COMPUTER. Everytime I visit the Maple Ave store, either they are short staffed, closed due to not having enough employees or out of some LARGE ingedient like beef, chicken, taco shells, etc. if this is not fixed, I will call the corporate office and tell them my story and see how they feel about their employees NOT doing their job? Avoid the Maple road location taco bell in zanesville, ohio.

  I have always had trouble ordering at any Taco Bell why they don't know how to get it right I don't understand. Why have supreme tacos on the menu if you don't plan on making it supreme. Every time, different places. Then to go back through the drive thru and get someone else's food handed to you instead of the fixed order only to go back in again and come to find out they are going to give you a small container of sour cream and tomato for you to put on yourself. They had to remake the tacos wouldn't they just go ahead and make it the right way, you know the way it was ordered. Total BS and no excuse for it. Won't be going back to that location....ever...

  Stopped in to enjoy some Taco Bell cuisine. We chose to eat in so we could take our time and enjoy the food. There was no one in line so we expected to place our order right away. The behind the counter employee was taking an order from a drive through customer so we patiently waited to place our order. After four customers were served through the drive through window we tried to get the employee's attention but he continued to ignore us. So we figured the only way to get service was to go to the drive through window. If they are not going to take orders at the counter they should put a sign on the door that states "no counter service".
