I literally didn’t receive one thing that I ordered except for my drink, and it was flat as hell so it went in the garbage. My neighbor was with me as well in placed his own separate order and he got nothing that he ordered either, and his drink was flat as well.

Waited 30 minutes in line after ordering online the app for them to say they were out.. no less than 10 cars behind me.. I feel bad for the staff because I’m sure they get a lot of the backlash. Not the first time, not the second time, not the third time.. they are always out of something. I pulled a Karen and asked to talk to the manager once and he was the rudest individual.. When we were finally given cups for our drinks, they were out of Pepsi and the sweet tea was warm enough to instantly melt our ice. As we were going out to our vehicle 2 of the employees followed us outside and jumped in the car parked beside us. Unsure what they were doing but they kept watching us like they were up to no good.
