- ZZZoeDec 27, 20252.0Today I came through for lunch, I ordered on my app prior to leaving my job with my allergen information (gluten allergy), came to pick it up, and was very rudely told it wasn't ready yet at the window. Upon pulling up to the window I waited for a few minutes before they gave me my order, but didn't tell me anything about how it was made or such so I would know it was safe, no cross contamination etc. I decided to eat my salad anyways, because why would I throw away a $20 salad and fruit cup? I figured since I put my allergy information in on the app it would be safe. My bag was handed to me out the window sealed, and I didn't stop to look at the salads until I was already back at my work. The avocados were brown, and the dressing cups were less then halfway full. Sucks for how much I spent on this meal that it's not even fresh or worth the spend for a dry salad with next to no dressing. This is not the first poor experience I've had at this location. My last time I came through on a friday at 10:30 I was told soup isn't ready until after 11-11:30 'on the weekends' despite my app telling me soup is ready at 10am. Hopefully these are one time issues and won't continue for other customers in the future. I myself find it hard to continue to dish out $20 for a single lunch with the poor service and brown food.
