Great sandwiches, always tasty and consistently made. The giant sandwich to share saves some money so we get that.

Firstly, the name on my order was not what I stated for the in store order then the number written on my order was “7” not “5”. When I inquired about the staff member was a bit snippy. To top it all off, the tomatoes on both sandwiches were tiny and end pieces. What happened to the “ gourmet” part of the product? Lastly, the pieces continue to soar but quality is slipping and I have been a customer for many years and eaten dozens of subs at JJ’s over time. I likely won’t be a customer again for many months.

I think the $1 sub customer appreciation thing is awesome but OMG the number of restrictions is ridiculous, only from 11-3, what if people are stuck at work. I guess they are not loyal enough customers. Only on the JJBLT, what if that is someones most hated sub, again not loyal enough customers. Only on first 6 subs, what if an office wanted to have a sub party to celebrate JJ and there are 20 employees wanting to join in. Oh too many loyal customers. If you are going to appreciate your customers then give them some freedom to truly enjoy you appreciating them.
