  I had the worst experience of my life at Dunkin’ Donuts. My coffee was served warm (not hot) and my donuts were dry and tasted old. The service was slow and it took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and one donut. I thought my stuff away after one taste. Later on from eating a half of donut I became sick to my stomach. Very poor service!!!

  I frequent dunkins for coffee all over the state but would consider this one my local. This store has a huge issue with the consistency of their coffee drinks, one day you go in and the coffee is too strong, or it has no coffee flavor the next visit, or you get you drink and it taste like straight up medicine. Out of the last month ive had 2/8 iced coffees that i didnt have to complain about to be able to drink it. To boot when you conplain the girls there huddle up and like to talk bad about you out loud and shoot you dirty looks. I hate complaining but if they could even get my drink close to how its suppose to taste i would never bother. I tried ordering ahead on the app this past 2 weeks before work but also learned that they focus primarily on the drive through when they get busy and leave the counter loaded with app order tickets. Id give the service a 1 star only because denise usually makes things right but even lately she bites back about wanting a remake. Trust me i dont like wasting my time either and really dont like wasting money. The food is usually fine but they gotta take their drinks a little more seriously and get them consistent and work on those attitudes. Coshocton dunkins has it together i reccomend the drive honestly.

  I am one that I've worked at fast food, and get being busy. But there has been several times now I have ordered about 15 minutes ahead and STILL wait when I walk inside because my order is behind the counter. I try to get the crews attention but most of them are too busy chatting amongst each other and gossiping. I get glances but nothing other than that. Every morning I stop by it is like this. That and the drive always wrapped around the building because of how slow it can be. Better off going in the afternoon I always seem to get better service then.
