  Been ordering delivery for over 5 years. Store is only 10 minutes away. But now I am apparently out of the delivery area.

  Do not order here they was so disrespectful when they messed up my order asked for a manager and he or she would not get on the phone and washing up on multiple times then 20 mins goes by and they called me trying to fix it cuz they knew I recorded them being rude and disrespectful so now I need a number to report the store so I called maysville pike and they was super respectful and nice and helped me with the info I needed so I highly recommend not doing any business with east pike I’ll keep the s updated when ever I hear anything from upper management

  We like the taste but its a wonder that dominos stays in business w service like this Smh Let alone we ordered extra pepperoni-- what is extra about this Just do better

  DO NOT ORDER HERE. The lady at the counter is extremely rude for no reason and hides her vape under the counter- and “hides” is generous. My husband and I ordered our food, waited for the website to tell us it was ready (about 20 minutes), and walk inside only to be told that it’s not ready but will be in 5 minutes. Ok, no big deal, I head out to my car to wait. After 5 minutes I walk back in, and it’s still not ready- our garlic bites “just got put in.” So I head back out to my car and wait 15 more minutes, just to give them more time. When I come back in, they ignore me completely other than the occasional “you’re up next” for the next 45 minutes (the entire time, they were slowly making other orders, vaping, and scrolling on their phones) until one of them finally asks what order I’m picking up (as if I haven’t been there telling them for the past hour) and proceeds to look at their order sheets for a couple of minutes. Then, someone else walks over and they ask what is missing. The garlic bites. The same ones I watched a guy make 30 minutes ago that they apparently mistakenly sent with someone else. Then, they begin to argue about what to do now and start making new ones. At this point, my husband shows up and asks what is going on and where is his food. The lady gets an attitude and says they’re “working on it” to which he replied that he knew they messed it up, and when he asks for the mistake to be comped, she laughs in his face. At that point, we are already so angry and tired that we just want to leave, so we take our food and go. We dont even have our seatbelts on when, through the glass door, we see the same disgusting slob of an employee inside messing with her vape, where I quickly snapped these photos. Not only are the workers vaping around the food and not washing their hands in between vaping and touching the food, but they are extremely impolite and will mess up your order and then claim that it is your fault. TLDR: don’t even bother ordering here. It’s not worth it. We will be contacting HR in the morning.
