    Guessing the drinks come out of the employees paycheck got a strawberry lemonade absolutely filled with ice where you cant even put in the straw. I asked for it to me remade with light ice. (Instead of just doing it bc at that point im just paying for ice) she just wants to tell me that's how they are made like what??? At this point they already shrunk their drink sizes about 50% and increased their prices about 25% at this point Arbys does not have the meat or drinks!!! They do tho have overpriced food.

    I went to Arby’s today with my family, we asked for 4 buffalo sliders with extra ranch and 2 buffalo sliders that are regular. The girl at the register was new i’m guessing and repeated our order to us at least 3 times and we had to correct something which is not bad sometimes it’s loud and again she was probably new. She still ended up getting it wrong we corrected her she told the people making our food. Just guess it was the manager on today’s shift that said ask them if ranch packets are fine, we all said no because it’s not the same ranch and then the manager started saying it’s not that hard to open a ranch packet. At this time we are waiting for our food we let it go and all everyone is hearing is them talking about the situation and the manger is treating not only her employees but her costumers poorly. When we got back we open our sandwich after asking for extra ranch and one with regular, this is what we got. First picture is supposed to be extra this is extreme and a waste of time and the second picture is supposed to be regular and it’s extra ranch. This is all because we didn’t want a ranch packet because it’s a whole different type of ranch. They are being extreme for absolutely no reason because we asked for the food we wanted. If you hate your job so much then don’t work at places where you’re gonna have to respect and make food for your costumers. Extremely disrespectful!!!

    Came into Arby’s today on maysville pike with my mom and sister we ordered 4 buffalo sliders with extra ranch and two just regular the girl at the register typed our order wrong no big deal she told us she would just tell them what we wanted on the order. I guess they had already started making it and asked if it would be okay if we got sides of ranch I said no bc we told her 4 different times that we wanted extra ranch. Whoever was in the back then proceeded to talk shit about us and how it shouldn’t be that big of you deal your right it shouldn’t be so just put the ranch on the sliders. But after about 20 mins waiting on our food the manger and some other of the employees are screening and complaining about having so many orders. But with that being said I think Arby’s need to hire some stronger people or don’t work here at all if your just going to complain and be rude. The manger also made 3 of her employees cry and continued to screen and complained. Also a pictured of what my food looked like I asked for extra ranch not the whole bottle. Very disappointed another pic of what the regular extra ranch looks like versus the mess they gave us

    Service was way less than Poor the man in the back making the sandwiches was complaining to other team members making comments like Don't overwhelm me and then the food came up very delayed the sandwich was cold should have been hot the Jalapeño bites were cold I could tell from experience they had been sitting for a while I worked in fast food so I have a good understanding of fresh cooked food but the most disappointing part of this was the man's attitude in the back. The cashier was exceptional
