I took it back in and the manager just looked at me and said they all look like that. I said I’m not eating chicken that’s been burnt to death. She gave me a refund but no apologies or explanation. Who screws up that bad, then still serves it up for people. I mean, my god, you’re serving charred carcinogenic chicken to people and that’s just the way it’s going to be? You can’t make a fresh batch that’s not burnt to hell?! I’m amazed. Her attitude was cold and indifferent, and I didn’t appreciate it. Will avoid this Arby’s.
