    They use to have the freshest tasting roast beef sandwiches so good and fresh I order it yesterday it was so dark was not fresh not good my curly fries some was not cooked and the cup of cheese taste like it went bad like spoiled milk

    A uniquely terrible experience. Ordered chicken tenders and a few other items. Wasn’t given some of the items, and the chicken they gave me was burnt black. Literally black. I took it back in and the manager just looked at me and said they all look like that. I said I’m not eating chicken that’s been burnt to death. She gave me a refund but no apologies or explanation. Who screws up that bad, then still serves it up for people. I mean, my god, you’re serving charred carcinogenic chicken to people and that’s just the way it’s going to be? You can’t make a fresh batch that’s not burnt to hell?! I’m amazed. Her attitude was cold and indifferent, and I didn’t appreciate it. Will avoid this Arby’s.
