  I placed a mobile order at 12:16. The app said it would be ready at 12:25. I drove over to pick it up. I probably got there around 12:20. A family of 6 ordered AFTER ME and in person and got their food before me. Multiple cars went through the drive-thru and got their orders before I did. Nobody besides the family of 6 ordered in person. They continued to serve all of the drive-thru customers while I stood there waiting. On 3 separate occasions, they opened the window to ask my name. Finally, 24 minutes after my order was made and 15 minutes after the app said my order would be ready, it was complete. You might suspect that I had a large order since they served multiple pickup customers, a family of 6, and multiple drive-thru customers before me when many if not all of them ordered their food after me. No. I had a single item that cost $2.99. I wanted to try the strawberry cheesecake bites. They were quite underwhelming, as was the service and experience. I've never had a problem with the location in Niles. The Belmont branch is terrible. Update - They've responded to my bad review. They provided me with a link to contact them. Their link doesn't work. Shocker! See attached image.

  This by far is the most unprofessional eating establishment I have come to. I placed an order, a specific order that the manager got wrong. I came back to let it be known my order was made wrong and place new order and to pay for it. I was was truly surprised to see that my new order was wrong and when I called I was told to bring it back to be re-made. Is this what management does at this particular Rallys. Managers are now playing with customers food. I will not be eating here and I advise you to watch your food when you order if you continue to eat here. I asked for corporates number and was told this is a single owned and the staff does not give out the owners number! I NEED THIS RALLY's to RE-TRAIN THEIR STAFF!
