  Everything was good, but 50.00 for 2 sandwiches, bowl of chilli a med coffee and a hot mocha. Was shocked 😲

  I'm not sure what happened but things have gone downhill. The portion sizes have shrunk significantly, prices up, my wife got chili, it was like bland tomato water. My half sandwich was a sliver of a sandwich. They put my salad in the same bag with a bunch of hot food so I just got a salad of warm wilted lettuce. Very disappointed

  Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, had two managers walk right by, clock out and walk away without saying a word. We walked away to order on our phones since nobody would serve us, only to find that there was not a single clean table in the store. Not to mention crumbs all over the floor, overflowing trash can, it was filthy. I’m not one to complain but this was the worst service I’ve ever had.

  We always enjoy the consistently excellent dining experiences at Panera Bread - 5503 Mahoning Ave. The food is always fresh, high quality, and reasonably priced, which makes it a reliable choice any time of day. Special recognition goes to Rachel, whose exceptional and genuinely friendly customer service truly stands out. She is attentive, welcoming, and makes the entire visit feel effortless and pleasant. Service like hers elevates the whole experience. We highly recommend this location for both the food and the people who make it a great place to visit.
