I placed a mobile order & I wasn’t able to leave a custom request on the app so I called in after I placed my order and my order was 10 bone in wings, garlic parm and voodoo fries and then another order of 15 bone in wings, garlic parm and mild and I called in to see if they would mix the garlic parm and the mild together, and they flat out, told me no, I asked if he was serious and he said yes they don’t mix their sauces and they could only put them on the side. I’m not sure about Wingstop’s policy, but the customer service wasn’t great tonight because I’ve never had a wing place tell me that they couldn’t mix sauces together for me. I don’t know if it’s pure laziness or what, but it was very unsatisfying that they couldn’t do that for me.
- A--Dec 21, 20251.0Came in and ordered food for my sister and I. We both specified we wanted fries with our order. We got our food and went home. Turns out they forgot to give us our fries. I tried calling them and the answer machine says they’re closed even though online it says closes at 1AM. Also they weren’t busy so it isn’t really excusable for that to happen. All you guys make is chicken, fries, and maybe corn. It’s not hard.
