- SAstephen ayres2 days ago5.01et time eating there. Employees were awesome. Gave us some samples of the sauces, so we could determine what we wanted. Super friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend!

You know there’s like all you have to pay for them because you didn’t get wings what are you serious all because I didn’t order no wings like that really ticked me off but I guess that’s how they stay rich with their I understand they’re trying to run a business and make money but if a customer is asking for some ranch or barbecue sauce, you should at least give them one for free

Someone else walks in and stands right next to me and a worker stops what there doing walks over and asks if they have take out.. hands them there food then walks off without even asking me or giving me my take out. I get 20 wings and they just put the first 10 in the to go box and lay a paper over those and put the next flavor on top of that. Now the ones under are a soggy mess. What a joke. Never again. No need for the copy and paste apology and the email. I wont be back

Third time ordering from them and every single time, they left out fries, ranch or other items. When you call to speak to the manager, she is rude and insulting, as if it were our fault. Never am I’m sorry or we’ll take care of this for you and never offer to credit our credit card as if they don’t have the capability to do it. Your training module is a failure and yet management does nothing to prevent this careless attitude and behavior. I would say do better but clearly no one cares.
