But if you do come here here’s how your experience will go. You’ll pull up to the drive thru (likely wait 5 minutes before anyone says anything). Once they are ready you will read out your order and they will completely not capture anything you ordered besides asking about the sauce. Like today I had to repeat my order 3 times. It was chicken nuggets and fries. Then have to tell the size another 2-3 times. Then you pay. They don’t say anything to you. They stick their arm out the window take your card and slam the window shut. I’ve had better customer service from a bathroom attendant. You will get to the window and they will fling the window open and almost throw the bag at you without saying a word then slam the door shut. I get home and look in the bag and you would have thought I ordered raisins. These chicken nuggets must have been in the bottom of the fryer since last Tuesday. Threw the entire meal right into the trash. So if you want no customer service, food I wouldn’t feed my dog, and feel like your money was basically stolen from you then Wendy’s on Belmont Avenue is the place for you! And I welcome their customer service to reply to this review, but I doubt it because the customer service at this place is terrible.
