- YJYasser JNov 25, 20251.0I went to Taco Bell Monday around 11:45 pm and tried to order a deluxe craving box for the $7, asked politely to switch to the crunch wrap supreme the lady said the deluxe craving box apparently doesn’t come with the crunch wrap supreme, and I said okay fine, I want to remove sour cream, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and nacho cheese, just plain with only beef and lettuce, and the guy that was there working that same shift jumps on the speaker abruptly and says we already took it off, in a very unprofessional manner, just jumps the gun on me, and I informed the shift manager about him! Worst experience ever with this location, if I could put zero stars I would!

I asked if there is anything else I can do as this is the second time I’ve came during my pickup time and they told me the food was taken. They refuse to change the process at all or take on any of the burden of correcting the issue (ex. Remaking the food). Will not be ordering pickup from here ever again.

I accidentally pressed the wrong button when placing a mobile order, and I ended up going to the drive through instead of picking up my order inside the lobby. The employee talking to me on the speaker gave me a hard time and spoke to me like I was stupid (even though it was an honest mistake on my part). The food was made correctly, although I just don’t think it tastes that good overall. It was not a great experience, although it would have been better if the staff was just a little friendlier.
