While the prices obviously needed to increase with cost and inflation....the multiplier of 3 wasn't the answer, what are you guys playing power ball bonus multiplier on the charge of sandwiches? I sure felt like I got a foot long after but it wasn't a sub.....and it wasn't 5 dollars.

The meatballs looked like they ware rewarmed with very little sauce...I repeatedly got burnt meatball bites in my sandwich...I know that can happen by mistake so that by itself would have been understandable....but they were out of olives and when I went to get my usual cookies, I was turned off by the display of them...They were mixed up, broken, looked like a collection of different batches of cookies...ex a couple looked especially soft and chewy the other of the same kind looked flat and dry...I was just really surprised with the lack of care and quality. The staff were kind and helpful but overall I was not impressed.
