  Stood here for 5 mins with no service. The other woman waiting walked out as well. Mind you a worker was sitting at the table just looking at us. Watched your business lose business.

  Just in there a few minutes ago and had one of the rudest employees I’ve dealt with. I don’t enjoy working with the public, but I have never spoken to someone the way this girl did. On top of that, she was complaining to customers ,that she clearly knew, about not being able to get anything done. I understand being busy, but she was playing on her phone half the time. I don’t normally post reviews, but after receiving an attitude and my food shoved at me, I had to. If you’re going to work a customer service job, at least pretend to be nice to people.

  I placed an online order at 6:29 PM went to Walmart. Did my shopping by the time I was done. It was 7:01pm when I walked in. They immediately had an attitude and told me my food wasn’t ready. There was a blonde haired girl who got incredibly rude and disrespectful that works there. Overall it took 42 minutes. I would give negative 20 stars if I could. I will be contacting the store manager, regional manager and anyone else that I need to in order to have this issue addressed. I ended up waiting 42 minutes for one foot long sub and a salad. The way I was treated was horrible. The one employee with dark hair placed my order in the counter rather hard and didn’t even place the items in a bag for me. After the way I was treated, they made fun of me taking photos of my food. I didn’t trust these workers, so yes, I took photos. These entitled workers think they deserve $15+ per hour. If it were up to me, $1 per hour is overpaying for the service I got. I was planning to leave a generous tip and they blew it. Update- Called the store and asked for the district manager’s number. Sounded like the same employee refused and was rude on the phone. Called another location and they gave it to me. The district manager said they will address it and offered to send me a Subway gift card. I will NEVER go back to this location. Actually, the manager at the Churchill location welcomed me and my business. Maybe that will be my new go to…. UPDATE 2- The district manager never sent me this gift card as they said they would. I have not ate at any Subway since (and will not until this gift card is sent). I never asked for a gift card, but they offered.

  This subway uses day old bread or overcooked bread. There was bread crumbs everywhere. Every press of the sandwich would release more bread crumbs. The toughness of it makes it difficult to eat and actually scrapes.

  Very Awful. Me and my mom had a mobile order it said it was done at 5:45 when clearly they havent even started it so we waited until 6:07
